When you need social security help it's a better place than most in all aspects such as no long lines. However, it doesn't have easy access by way of bus. Taking a bus there Will mean a considerable long walk to this place.

The officers are helpful and welcoming, I agree, but they took 5 months plus 2 long visits and still couldn't process or give me a reason for delay on my name change application. Finally, I had to go to another office location to get the application completed.
