EVER.
Grab a seat and somethin to drink, this is gunna be a long one.
I tell the lady I would like a 2 liter and an extra large deep dish teriyaki chicken pizza without sesame seeds and mushroom adding pepperoni and banana peppers. She gives me my total, I pay over the phone and am told 45 minutes. A bit long of a wait but that’s normal for around here. Her pleasant demeanor over the phone had at this point changed my whole view and I’m no longer annoyed. I tell her thank you, hang up, and go back to work.
Literally didnt start the order i called in 40mins before until I actually got there to pick it up. They then took forever to prepare and box my food. There were only 2 people there and one was sitting on his ass. However the food is delicious I can't lie about that, I probably wouldn't order again only because of the hassle.
That was.
The order was placed online and was made incorrectly. I called and spoke to the manager Wendy, who was absolutely useless in resolving the issue. She was not interested in my experience as the dissatisfied customer. She passed the blame on to Grub Hub, then advised me to contact them for a refund as well as letting me know that she was emphatically not going to do anything about the incorrect order.
This one guy named Kewan was super helpful and polite. This is the third best Cottage Inn I've been to behind Downtown Detroit and Ann Arbor. Can't wait to go back!
Fast forward to the 55 minute mark. Deliver driver calls. He’s here. Y’all, I’m excited. I’m hungry. I’m 8 hours into a 12 hour shift having eaten 1 slice of leftover pizza for breakfast.
PIZZA.
I.
Okay, so fast forward 45 minutes. Delivery guy not here yet. I’m thinking to myself, this had better be the best dang ole pizza if the drivers late. Like I said before. I don’t really like to wait.
I would recommend this place to the moon and back. Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Despite the minor annoyances I had throughout the ordering process(mainly just the wait times), the taste and value of he pizza more than make up for it.
Now y’all, I can’t lie. I ripped the top of the box open and that first bite of pizza. I died. I literally died.
HAVE.
HAD!
The delivery starts off a bit rough. The box was already open a bit and was bending a good bit inside his warmer bag. The box was really tough to get out of his delivery bag. Took 2 people. I had to hold the pizza box while he practically yanked on the bag to get it out. He did show great con earn of the well being of the pizza. That was awesome.
BEST.
I was in the mood for some pizza and bein security I can’t leave my post. This made it necessary to order a deliver so I get on my phone to google pizza delivery places. This was the closest place so I decided to call. It rings and rings without someone picking up. Not a great start. I’m debating in my head wether to hang up and try another place. I don’t like to wait very long for someone to answer the phone. About 20-30 seconds of ringing someone answers. The lady on the other line was chipper and polite. Starting to change my mood which is notably annoyed at this point. Anywho, I had taken a look at their menu online while waiting for someone to answer the phone. I found a delicious looking pizza that I wanted to try.

THE.
My nephew placed a delivery order. I ordered two 8 piece wings with extra buffalo sauces. When I got my order there was only one sauce per order. When my nephew called back up there the so-called manager claimed that we only ordered one sauce per order. I looked at the receipt and I saw that there were two sauces per order. I called up there and talk to the so-called manager. He stated that first of all they went up on their wings second of all you don't get a free sauce with your order and third that I didn't order double sauce. Also the wings are not done and he claims that they put them in the oven for the required amount of time. The wings are raw. I had to put them back in the oven. He is a liar and I will never spend another dime with them.
