Always rude, never try to be helpful. Use any excuse they can find to blow you off or not deliver/accept your packages. Mail is always days later than it should be. Walk through your snowy yard but don't deliver if there's snow on the sidewalk that they don't even walk on. Still trespass on your property even if they're not delivering your mail.
As far as mail carriers at my home, I have had several over the years. Some have been better than others. One was exceptional, and I was sad to see him retire. My current is just okay. Sometimes she misses mail that I leave in the box to be sent out, but I am sure they are not used to seeing outgoing mail much anymore.
Jeff is the nicest usps worker i have ever seen. This location is always fast and very polite. I go here even though it is further than other usps.
I have been Redford Twp resident for almost 20 years, and so appreciate the fact that the post office is open nearly 24 hours/day. I have gone in to this post office location on dozens of occasions, usually after working hours, to mail packages. Sometimes there is a long line. Sometimes not. Either way, I have never had anything but prompt, friendly, and courteous service. I have not had a single experience of a postal worker treating me poorly, or being disrespectful. Quite the opposite.
The place is so well kept and clean. Other than that I don't like it. The ladies attitudes were nasty. I just don't understand why people with bad attitudes work with the public. They need some attitude adjustments seriously.
