The people who work there are very unprofessional. They were cursing in front of me. They were loud and rude. My food was ready fast, too fast because it turns out that it was cold. I'm pretty sure they gave me someone else's mixed up order. That's not a place I'd patronize again.
Food is good. But wow is this place dirty I side. Employees are pretty ghetto.
Food was god, employees were very nice but the appearance of the building was horrible.The ceiling was leaking, buckets catching the water all over not a good look fix the problem
I drive by this place everyday on my way home from work but never had it so I figured I'd give it a try. I got honey barbecue bonesless wings. The wings were plain wings with a SMALL amount of honey barbecue sauce on the top of them. The wings also tasted like they were sitting out all day. Not impressed and won't be returning.
Wait time too long. Staff ghetto looking and ghetto acting. Cleanliness from window view in my car was less than encouraging. I would not visit this location again. It seems all the North West side locations in or bordering Detroit are less than acceptable as regards these areas i have commented on. Shake machine not working or Stacker not available. I had to travel between Plymouth Rd and Telegraph Rd to get both . Same on Michigan Ave. No Shakes! The shakes and ice cream are very good if you can get them. Fries are the best. Staff and wait times is major disappointing and cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
